August 18, 2008 - Fythung
|
The Fythung is a powerful criminal organization that existed during the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Eras. It was created and led by Denai-Ves, Criminal Lord and Tamriel's most powerful Tsaesci. The Fythung was originally founded as a way for Denai-Ves to increase his hold over Tamriel. The Fythung fought in the Polcast War, against the Msirae Avengers, where it was defeated, but not destroyed. Denai-Ves was killed during the Battle of Mount Lorgmir. The remnants of the Fythung were in disarray for several years after that with rival warlords fighting each other over control of the criminal empire. One warlord, Hastrel Jarol, managed to defeat the other factions and absorbed them into his empire, in effect recreating the Fythung. The Fythung prospered once again. Several hundreds of years later, the Fythung had grown so powerful that it led a rebellion against the Lilmothian Empire, and won, claiming Black Marsh and Blackwood for itself.
August 25, 2008 - Msirae Avengers

It was created by Emperor Gold-Heart II, but was led by Eric Snowmane, Champion of the Fighters' Guild, and famous adventurer. The Msirae Avengers were given a singular position in the Horde, and was the pride and joy of Emperor Gold-Heart's Horde. They later fought a resurgent Fythung, during the Fythung Rebellion, and were defeated. The Avengers fled with Gold-Heart's son, Emperor Silver-Tail XI to Caload, where they created a new kingdom.

September 1, 2008 - Polcast War
The Polcast War, also known as the Fythung Extermination, was a terrible conflict that took place at the beginning of the Fourth Era between the criminal underground organization known as the Fythung and the Lilmothian Empire. The war was the plot of the Fythung Grand Master Denai-Ves to expand his wealth and personal influence. Denai-Ves was aided by his long time friend and subordinate Death-Blade, the leader of the ruling council of the Fythung, the Storm Council. Death-Blade sought to rule over his hometown, Helages, and punish his family for banishing him from their lands after he murdered his father. The War began shortly after the assassination attempt on Emperor Gold-Heart, emperor of the Lilmothian Empire. The Msirae Avengers and the invincible Lilmothian Horde were what kept the Fythung's ambitions at domination at bay. After the failed assassination attempt, Gold-Heart was free to unleash the Lilmothian Horde, and the Msirae Avengers, and to start the war.
The task of combating the Fythung fell to Emperor Gold-Heart, his heirs, as well as his courageous and heroic champion, Eric Snowmane. Together, Gold-Heart and Snowmane had to work to penetrate the Fythung's web of deception and shadow. Without a lead or contact, the war could not be ended.
The Polcast War was fought in all the provinces of the Lilmothian Empire, but its main theater was the Lilmothian province of Argonia. Over the course of the war, one fort would be virtually destroyed and the others laid siege to before Snowmane penetrated the Fythung's web and Gold-Heart defeated Denai-Ves in the Assault on Fort Lorgrim, destroying the Fythung's headquarters and destroyed the Fythung's power base and leaders.
September 8, 2008 - Rieltam (Darth Storm)
Rieltam is a continent just northwest of Tamriel. It is located on the planet Nirn, which is the mortal realm of the finite and partial, as opposed to the immortal realms of the infinite and the absolute. Mundus, another name for Nirn, is the Elvish root for the human word "mundane", meaning ordinary. Some, such as various cults, view Mundus as an extension of the realm of Oblivion itself. The name Rieltam is said to mean 'Burning Heart', while according to the races that live there, it is the 'Gardens of Bless'. Some scholars on both Tamriel and Rieltam think that both ideas have merit, and combined the two, saying that Rieltam is the 'Burning Heart of the Gardens of Bless'. Both a curse and a blessing. Recorded Rieltam history is divided into six distinct eras, the First Era, the Second Era, the Third Era, the Fourth Era, the Fifth Era, and the Sixth Era. Rieltam was effectively two Empires until the end of the Pudereed War of Conquest. Technically, the empire of the Blighters was called the Highcraft Empire, while the empire of the Aensland was called the Kingdom of Pudereed. Rieltam consists of five provinces; each of these provinces corresponds with the Blighters or the Aensland. The main races of Rieltam are the Aensland, and Blighters.
September 15, 2008 - Assault on Pykon
The Assault on Pykon was a battle of the First Great War, between the Esronietans and the Mermidon Republic for control of the river ford guarded by Pykon. Initially, the Momer of the Mermidon Republic managed to largely beat back the small Esroniet taskforce, who then returned with reinforcements and forced the Momer into the swamps surrounding the river, being unable to defend the fortress successfully. Eventually, the difficulty of the terrain forced the armies of the Momer to retreat. After the battle, the great fortress of Pykon was burned to the ground by the armies of Esroniet. After, the battle the surviving Momer, led by Dayel Eventide, abandoned the rest of their swamp camps, and used their few remaining riverboats to escape down the Rill River to the major Momer city of Drey. The Esronietans occupied Pykon, and began moving the bulk of their army and equipment across the narrow Pykon Ford. The Esronietans quickly expanded both Pykon's and the Pykon Ford's defenses. The Momer High Command eventually decided that their lack of a victory at Pykon was the fault of Dayel Eventide, the nephew of the King, and his command. Both Dayel Eventide and his entire command were executed on the orders of the King. The King and Momer people were determined not to let another military disaster like this to occur again.
September 22, 2008 - Savlian Matius
Savlian Matius was a male Imperial soldier, and was Captain of the Kvatch City Guard. During the Oblivion Crisis's Battle of Kvatch he helped many people escape the terrible raid on the city. He assisted Bendu Olo in recapturing Kvatch from the Daedric horde of Mehrunes Dagon. After recapturing Kvatch, he became the new Count Kvatch and led the city of Kvatch as its King after the fall of the Republic of Tamriel. He expanded Kvatch's territory and laid the foundations for the Empire of Kvatch.

November 3, 2008 - Ayleid Potentate of Vilverin
The Ayleid Potentate of Vilverin, or in the Ayleid language An Aba Mala Aransel Av Sel Sacremathi, was a kingdom formed in 1E 485 by the Ayleid Remnants. The Potentate was based on the island of Sel Sacremathi, or Vilverin. The kingdom was responsible for the Great Ayleid War that spilt the blood of many Ayleids for several decades. Although the Ayleid kings were submerged in civil war, the Potentate with the help of Peryite, Jyggalag and Boethiah managed to create a unified kingdom on the islands of Rumare and conquered the other Ayleid kings. The Potentate managed to keep control of its territory until the reign of Tiber Septim. Eventually, the Potentate was attacked and its citizens were forced to leave the main island for Vilverin. Then the Potentate was forced to confine itself on the tiny island of Vilverin so that it would remain independent from the Septim Empire. However, the Potentate was weakened and during the reign of Martin Septim, the kingdom was forced to sign a treaty. After the treaty, Vilverin was demolished by the Imperials, and its citizens scattered. However, its citizens are thought to live in the masses of the Imperial Province of Cyrodiil.

December 12, 2008 - Casamir Lirian
Casamir Lirian was a Breton male who resided in Esroniet, his kingdom. Lirian was a master of the Mages' Guild, and was a skilled swordsman and archer. Lirian was also the king of the isle of Esroniet, and a member of the Dragon Knights of Tamriel. He played a large role during the Oblivion Crisis, helping Martin Septim and Bendu Olo in destroying the Daedric threats from Oblivion.
Casamir was born during the four hundredth century of the Third Era into the royal family of Esroniet. When he was no more than four years old he began to train himself in the art of swordsmanship, and archery. Eventually, he had mastered both of these skills. He would soon need them. When he turned ten, Tamriel was launched into chaos. The Oblivion Crisis had begun. King Serge, Casamir's father, as an ally of the Septim Empire led troops to Tamriel's aid.
When he was fourteen, his sister was born. Not long after, Mythic Dawn assassins struck down Casamir’s father and mother, and Casamir and his sister, Arielle, were left to rule and lead Esroniet by themselves. He led his troops through many battles, and for his bravery was inducted into the hallowed ranks of the Dragon Knights of Tamriel. This news; however, was saddened by grave news that reached his ears from Esroniet. The Daedra had invaded.
Casamir quickly retreated to Paranor, the capital of Esroniet, and began to prepare its defenses, and soldiers for the battle to come. The Daedra eventually reached Paranor, and began to besiege it. The Esronietans managed to hold out for quite some time under Casamir's leadership, but eventually the walls were breached and the Daedra stormed in. Casamir led the defense, but he was assassinated by Arielle Lirian, his sister, who subsequently surrendered, and allied with the Daedra.
January
January 2, 2009 - Blighter
Blighters were descendants of the original Aldmer. Their ship was lost in a storm on the way to Tamriel, and drifted to the fiery continent of Rieltam. They lived in Rieltam within the area known as Highcraft. They have dark red skin, and a skin disease that was a part of their genetics causes them to have black lips and circles around their eyes.
Blighters were a very hardy people. They had major resistances to disease, poison, and fire, but they were extremely weakened by frost magicks. Living in a volcanic area allowed them to learn a magicka spell known as Embyr Touch, which was a very powerful fire spell used to great effect in the War of the Two Heirs and the War of the Mer. Their skin was red because upon landing on Rieltam they settled near a volcano, now known as Death Mountain, and evolved to suit their new habitat.
The Blighters were the most savage of the people to inhabit Rieltam. All Blighter men were warriors and habitually wore armor as casually as the Imperials wore silks, wools, and linens. They were stockier than the Imperials, but not as bulky as the Nords.
The Blighters were close mouthed to the point of rudeness, which made trading with them extremely difficult. Many Imperial scholars reasoned that the harshness and bleakness of their homeland had in some way affected their character. It was not uncommon for a Blighter merchant to complete negotiations without ever speaking. They would examine the merchandise offered, lay a certain amount of gold on the table, and if the merchant objected, they would simply pick up their gold and depart. For many traders, haggling was more important than profit, which made it increasingly frustrating to deal with Blighters.
Blighters would not discuss their religious and political capital of Bli Locth, or even admit that it existed, and large portions of their uninhabitable country were absolutely forbidden to outsiders.
It was rumored that the Blighter population was much more extensive than the scanty numbers which inhabited the areas traveled by foreigners, and many Aensland have suspected the existence of vast Blighter cities lying in the southern mountains of the Highcraft Empire below the Gorth River.
Blighter women were kept closely confined and were never seen in public, not even the youngest female children. To many foreigners it had appeared that the Highcraft Empire was populated entirely by males. This was not the case, and travelers and merchants who were invited into a Blighter home were warned to not enter the portions of the house marked by black doors. To violate the sanctity of the women’s quarters in any Blighter home invited instant death.
The current King of Highcraft is Raut Sagur, who currently holds the empire in an iron grip, but is of questionable sanity.
