Alarak is one of the most cunning and magically gifted Vampires to ever exist. Alarak claims a title as a Vampiric Lord, a title that is only given to the most powerful of his kin. Imbued with incredible magical power, Alarak has managed, through a pact with a Daedric Prince, accumulated nearly all known spells known to Nirn. Like many of his race, Alarak has fed on and caused wars on many occasions, his mastery of the dark arts sustains his power far beyond the norm.
Alarak is also a highly skilled swordsman as well as Mage. In battle, Alarak carries an ancient Daedric sword, a powerful one-handed weapon that allows the bearer to absorb the blood of the slain, granting him a rejuvenating aura during battle. He was also granted a enchanted ancient battle armour that protects the bearer from harm.
